This is what I call the Perception Trap. You are trying to make adult business decisions based on emotional data you collected when you were a child just trying to fit in. It can cause you to waste your time, make unreliable decisions and feel burned out.
Mainstream coaches won’t tell you this because most of them don’t know this information themselves. It’s easier to sell you a 7-Step PDF than it is to look you in the eye and tell you that your perception is broken but so is theirs. They want to keep you dependent on their next course.
If you want to teach or coach the right way, you have to break free of this trap. You have to learn to see reality with clarity, without the emotional fog and the weight of your past. It’s not just about posting more. It’s not just about saying; you need a new mindset.
PAGE 4: WHY THE “GURUS” ARE LYING TO YOU
Let’s look at the teachers themselves. Why is so much of what people teach no longer working? Why is it completely wrong and outdated?
It’s because most Internet marketers don’t make money doing what they actually teach. They make money by selling what they are teaching.
They copied a system from someone else, who copied it from someone else, who copied it from someone else, stretching back years. It’s one giant game of Internet copycat marketing. By the time that information reaches you, the market has completely shifted. It doesn’t work anymore.
The modern consumer can smell rehashed information from a mile away. When you post a video or write an email using those cookie-cutter “guru” formulas, people instantly swipe away. Why? Because you sound like a robot. You sound exactly like the last ten accounts they just scrolled past.
To stand out right now, you need current, real-time authority. You need to stop repeating old scripts and start speaking with genuine, unfiltered truth and real updated knowledge.
