Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Digital Lifestyle Blueprint workshop, purchasing our digital products, or participating in the Molly Beth brand programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this site or our services.

2. Relationship of Parties

Independent Contractor Status: You recognize and agree that your relationship with Digital Lifestyle Blueprint and Molly Beth is that of an Independent Contractor or Affiliate.
No Legal Partnership: While we may use the term “partner” or “partnership” to describe our collaborative environment and our 50/50 commission structure, this does not constitute a legal partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship. You have no authority to bind the company to any legal or financial obligations.
Owner Mindset: Our training encourages an “Owner’s Mindset” to help you take full responsibility for your business results. This is a psychological approach to success, not a claim of legal ownership in our company.

3. The 50/50 Commission Structure

Commission Model: We pay our affiliates a 50% commission on the sale of personalized digital assets generated through their unique system.
Basis of Comparison: References to “50/50” are strictly a description of this commission payout and our commitment to a fair revenue split with our affiliates.
Break-Even Point: You acknowledge that it typically takes 2 referrals to reach a break-even point on your initial investment in personalized assets.

4. Cost of Doing Business (CODB)

Profit Centers: Fees charged for personalizing e-books and digital assets are a necessary Cost of Doing Business. These costs are used to maintain the system and are converted into profit centers for both the company and the affiliate.
Service Fees: Fees paid for the creation of digital products are for the labor and expertise required to build your digital “track to run on”.

5. Intellectual Property

Proprietary Systems: The Digital Lifestyle Blueprint, the 1-Step Money Making System, and all associated courses are the intellectual property of Digital Lifestyle Blueprint and Molly Beth.
Marketing Personas: You acknowledge that marketing personas, such as Amy, are fictional characters created for brand authority and promotional purposes and are not real persons.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All Sales are Final: Due to the personalized nature of the digital products and the immediate access to the business blueprint, there are no refunds.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee income. Your success depends on your work ethic, execution, and ability to follow the strategies provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digital Lifestyle Blueprint and Molly Beth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. You are solely responsible for your business operations and compliance with local laws.
