The Digital Lifestyle Blueprint Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement is the core contract between your business and the individuals promoting your system. It codifies the “Independent Contractor” status we discussed while protecting your intellectual property and enforcing your “No Refunds” policy.

Affiliate Program Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Digital Lifestyle Blueprint / Molly Beth (the “Company”) and you (the “Affiliate”). By applying for or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Independent Contractor Relationship

Not a Legal Partnership: You acknowledge that your relationship with the Company is that of an Independent Contractor.
Terminology Disclaimer: While the Company uses terms like “partner” or “50/50 partnership” to describe our collaborative culture and commission structure, this does not create a legal partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.
No Authority: You have no authority to enter into contracts or incur debt on behalf of the Company.

2. Commission Structure and Payouts

50/50 Revenue Split: The Company pays a 50% commission on the net sale price of personalized digital assets (e.g., e-books) sold through your unique affiliate link. As an affiliate you must own the product to get paid on the product.
Break-Even Concept: You recognize that the system is designed so that approximately 2 referrals allow the Affiliate to reach a “break-even” point on their own personalized assets.
Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly between the 10th and the 15th for the previous months activity and verification period to ensure the integrity of the sale.

3. Promotional Guidelines

Owner’s Mindset: You agree to represent the Digital Lifestyle Blueprint with professionalism and an “Owner’s Mindset.”
No Spam Policy: You are strictly prohibited from using unsolicited commercial email (spam), “guerilla” marketing, or any unethical tactics to generate sales.
Persona Disclosure: When using marketing assets featuring the persona Amy, you acknowledge she is a fictional marketing character and you may not represent her as a real person or employee.
Accurate Representation: You may not make false or misleading claims about the potential earnings of the system.

4. Earnings and Legal Disclaimers

No Guarantees: You agree to include the Company’s official Earnings Disclaimer in all of your promotional materials.
Individual Success: You acknowledge that you cannot and will not guarantee results or earnings to your prospects. Success depends on the individual’s background, motivation, and work ethic.

5. Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final: You acknowledge and must inform all referrals that there are no refunds for personalized digital assets.
Commission Reversals: If a transaction is flagged for fraud or a chargeback occurs, any commission paid to the Affiliate for that transaction will be deducted from future earnings.

6. Intellectual Property

Proprietary Rights: All logos, trademarks, workshop content, and the 1-Step Money Making System remain the exclusive property of Digital Lifestyle Blueprint and Molly Beth.
Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the provided marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Company.

7. Term and Termination

At-Will Participation: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
Violations: Any violation of the “No Spam” policy or professional conduct standards will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, site downtime, or technical errors. We make ourselves available for support during the hours of 3:30 pm to 10:30 pm CDT to help resolve any issues.
