Here’s Your Leads Affiliate Agreement

Customers/Affiliates

  • Registration as a customer/affiliate is free.
  • All payments made on this platform are exclusively for the purchase of Lead Packages and Lead Magnets.
  • Lead Packages and Lead Magnets are non-refundable, and all sales are final.
  • Purchasing a Lead Package(s) or Lead Magnets does not automatically guarantee or entitle me to any earnings.
  • I am not paying to earn money.

Members

  • Registration as a member is free.
  • Registration as an Affiliate is free.

Approval of the 3×10 List Building Global Team Matrix

  • As an affiliate of “Here’s Your Leads,” I fully understand and want to participate in the Company’s 3×10 List Building Global Team Matrix.
  • I also fully agree that, as an affiliate of “Here’s Your Leads,” I want to participate in the team effort of helping all of the affiliates/members, including myself, enjoy the benefits of having the company use its 3×10 Team Building Methods and Technologies. This includes any adjustments needed to fill the company’s 3×10 List Building Global Team Matrix from top to bottom, left to right, for every level using its proprietary SmartFill™ Technology.
  • I also agree that besides my own link I will also use the Global Team Matrix Team Link to promote the 3×10 List Building Global Team Matrix.
  • I also fully agree that, as an affiliate of “Here’s Your Leads,” I want to participate in the team effort of helping all of the affiliates/members, including myself, build our lists (made up of the entire company’s matrix list) and will share my name and email with the other members as part of all of us building our list.
  • I also fully understand that, as a team effort, all affiliates/members will be sharing their names and emails with me to help me build my list.
  • I also agree that I will not spam any “Here’s Your Leads” affiliates/members that are on my list of contacts. It is also my understanding that I may email my fellow members twice a month, having permission to do so from the company as well as from the other members.
  • I fully agree to and understand that I am not to spam and emailing my “Here’s Your Leads” list more than twice a month is considered spam and will get my account suspended and possibly terminated.
  • I fully agree to and understand that I may request to have a referral placed in a certain position in the Global Team Matrix. However, even though the company will try to do its best, I am not guaranteed that member will be placed in my immediate matrix position I am requesting if that position is already filled.
  • I fully agree to and understand that the Global Team Matrix is comprised of 2 Matrices. There is a $20 Monthly Lead Package Subscription Matrix and there is a $45 One-time set of 5 Lead Magnets Matrix.
  • I fully agree to and understand that I have the potential to earn commissions in each 3×10 Matrix as long as I am an active member having purchased the product for each matrix.

Affiliate Lead Package Resellers

  • Purchasing a Lead Package or Lead Magnets does not guarantee any earnings or entitle me to receive money solely from making a purchase.
  • Being an Affiliate and a Lead Package and Lead Magnet Reseller does not guarantee future sales, revenue, commissions, or income.
  • To earn commissions, I must actively promote the website or have it promoted for me and have referrals who purchase Lead Packages and or Lead Magnets from the website.
  • I am not responsible for delivering the leads including the Lead Packages or Lead Magnets purchased from me through my affiliate link.
  • I understand that I am responsible for my own income as an Affiliate Lead Package and Lead Magnet Reseller, including all applicable taxes, reporting, and compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws. It is my responsibility to consult with a tax professional if needed.
  • I understand that if I live in the United States that I must have all of my information filled out to get paid. Including my name, full address, phone number and ssn for receiving a 1099.
  • I understand that I am not to make any exaggerated or misleading income claims. Any earnings as an Affiliate Lead Package and Lead Magnet Reseller are dependent on effort employing the 100% Done-For-You marketing strategies, and actual sales. I will not misrepresent potential earnings or imply guaranteed results.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your Lead Package Subscription(s) at any time. However, because the company pays commissions on lead packages, to make sure all commissions earned clear without any issues, at its sole discretion the company reserves the right to withhold 50% of the commissions owed at the time of cancellation for 180 days. After the 180 days have expired the affiliate may request the remaining unpaid portion of the commissions.
  • Also, there is a correct way to cancel and a wrong way to cancel.
  • The correct way is to send an email to support@turnkeysba.com and ask to cancel your lead package subscription at the end of the current month. If cancelled during the current month all earned commissions will be forfeited as all “Monthly Lead Package Subscriptions” are sold by the month. Support will cancel your Monthly Lead Package Subscription for you without any issues.
  • The wrong way is to just go into your account and cancel. What that does is immediately stops you from getting any more leads. Any and all commissions are forfeited. Plus any leads you received up to that point are automatically forfeited.
  • Failed Payments
    If your payment fails for your monthly lead package subscription all commissions are forfeited as well as any accumulated leads. It is your responsibility as an affiliate to make sure your payment information is current and you have an active lead package subscription at all times.

Approvals & Denials

  • Registration as an Affiliate Lead Package Reseller is subject to approval and may be terminated at any time without notice or explanation.
  • The website reserves the right to approve, deny, pause, or close any account (customer, affiliate, reseller, partner, contributor, distributor, etc.) at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Pre-Launch Phase

  • I acknowledge that this website is currently in pre-launch and that this phase comes with both advantages and limitations.
  • I understand that content and features are continuously being developed and improved.
  • Some sections of the website may be incomplete or subject to future updates.

Consent & Legal Acknowledgment

By signing up, using, or referring others to this website, I confirm that I understand, consent to, and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Minnesota. All sales are considered transactions within the United States.

If I do not agree to these terms, I will exit the website immediately.

Here’s Your Leads reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
